Check-in is 3pm to 6pm. Key arrangements must be made for late arrivals. High Season is from May 1st through October 31st. Rates are subject to NY and Suffolk County Taxes that total 9.375% in 2006. A deposit equivalent to one night's stay is required with all reservations. Cancellation Policy: Deposits will be refunded, less a $35 handling fee, if the cancellation is received fourteen (14) days prior to the first night of the reservation. Special event reservations where all Guestroom are reserved - such as Wedding Parties, Reunions, Retreats and Meetings, etc. - may only be canceled with the forfeiture of one night’s charge for each room. Room Rates are for single or double occupancy - Add $50 per person per day for additional Guests. Major credit cards are accepted. Two night minimum on Weekend reservations May 1 through October 31 and New Year's Eve. Three night minimum on major Holiday Weekends. Open year round. All Guest Rooms are Air Conditioned. Children over 12 years old are welcome. For the comfort of our guests no pets are allowed and smoking is permitted outside only. Gift certificates are available. We can arrange for delivery of gift baskets, flowers, wine, cheese etc. For early arrivals / late departures – we will hold your luggage for you.
